Whole-Hearted Yoga is Christ-centered yoga with fun, creative sequences set to inspirational worship music.
Allow yourself to disconnect with your “to do” list and daily pressures through breath, movement, and God’s word on your mat. Each class caters to the specific needs and level of participants with a fun approach to yoga where don’t take ourselves too seriously and try to accept ourselves just as we are each day.

I have been practicing yoga personally for about 18 years. As a dancer in my younger days, I was instantly drawn to yoga as a form of exercise and stretching. Over the last few years, yoga has become much more than physical for me. The stress of walking through back-to-back difficult seasons led me to appreciate my personal yoga practice in a completely new light.
Yoga became my safe place, my sanctuary, and a way to reconnect with God & manage my stress. I decided I wanted to encourage others as I had been encouraged, so I embarked on the adventure of working on my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
Breathing, meditating on God’s word and resting in his presence, both on and off the mat are vital parts of practicing yoga. My faith has become intertwined with my practice because I believe that we are meant to worship God, not just with our hearts, minds, and souls, but also with our bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore, honor God with your bodies.
Christian meditation is focusing on God’s word (the Bible) or just being quiet to make room to hear God’s voice. Psalm 1:2 but (blessed is the one) whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night.
When we take time to restore, heal and fill ourselves, we have much more to offer those around us and a greater capacity to serve. Being intentional is key. God created us to enjoy life to the fullest extent. That includes enjoying a healthy body and having fun at the same time!
