I am excited to be the guest teacher at Imago Dei Yoga for a very special donation-based Candlelight yoga event benefiting the Treasured Vessels Foundation.

TVF is an excellent, faith-based foundation that provides aftercare for girls rescued from sex trafficking. TVF has expansion plans and needs funding to meet its goals as well as ongoing program expenses. A representative will be present at the event to give you more information.

Wear comfy clothes. Weather permitting, we will be outdoors. This is a very gentle flow with an extended Christian meditation. Beginners are welcome!
