Beginner Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:30 a.m.  

For the beginner or the yogi with some basic knowledge

 

Lunch Express

Tuesdays   11:30 a.m.

This 50-minute class is for the more experienced yogi that desires more challenge. Knowledge of basic yoga poses required. In this class, the flow will move at a slightly faster pace followed by 15 minutes of deep stretching. Perfect energizing class for your lunch break!

$10 per class (cash or Venmo)
